“Girls Football Skills” means a weekly football school for girls of the ages 4-8.

We are the data controller for your information. We operate the Girls Football Skills at Teddington NPL.

- Registration information you provide when you sign up your child to the Girls Football Skills such as your first name and surname, address, email address, mobile and the details of your child’s age, gender, name and any medical conditions;

- We collect information you provide to us when you register for Girls Football Skills;

We will not be responsible for any losses arising from any inaccurate, unauthentic, deficient, or incomplete personal data that you provide to us.
How long do we retain your personal data?
Your personal data will be deleted when it is no longer reasonably required for the Permitted Purposes or you withdraw your consent (where applicable) and we are not legally required or otherwise permitted to continue storing such data. We will retain your personal data where required for Sportsmethod Ltd to assert or defend against legal claims until the end of the relevant retention period or until the claims in question have been settled.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
We recognise the need to provide further privacy protections with respect to personal information we may collect from children.
What information do we collect about Children?
A parent or legal guardian is required to register for Girls Football Skills for children under 18 years old.
When registering for Girls Football Skills, a parent/legal guardian will provide their postal address as we require this for the payment of Girls Football Skills. This means, we will be collecting the child’s address if the address is where your family including this child/children reside. The parent/legal guardian will also provide details regarding any of the child’s medical issues or dietary requirements.
When we collect personal information regarding children, we take steps to protect children’s
privacy, including;
Limiting our collection of personal information about children to no more than is reasonably necessary to participate in Girls Football Skills;
Providing parents/legal guardians access or the ability to request access to personal information we have collected about their children and the ability to request that the personal information be changed or deleted.
Your rights
Subject to certain legal conditions, you have the right to request a copy of the personal data about you or your child/children which we hold, to have any inaccurate personal data corrected and to object to or restrict our using your personal data. We reserve the right to update and change this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect any changes to the way in which we process your personal data or changing legal requirements. In case of any such changes, we will post the changed Privacy Policy on our website or publish it otherwise. The changes will take effect as soon as they are posted on this website.
