Trivela Football Coaching Ltd

  1. Payment Due
    • Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure a place in our camps and academies.  
  2. Accepted Payment Methods
    • We accept payments via debit/credit card, bank transfer, and online payment platforms as specified at checkout.  
  3. Cancellations & Refunds:  
    • Cancellations made **7 days or more** before the start date are eligible for a full refund.  
    • Cancellations made **less than 7 days** before the start date are non-refundable.  
    • If Trivela Football Coaching Ltd cancels a session, a full refund or alternative session will be offered.  
  4. Late or Missed Payments
    • Failure to make payment may result in loss of the booking. Late payment fees may apply for academy enrolments with instalment options.  
  5. Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances
    • Sessions cancelled due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances will be rescheduled where possible. No refunds will be given unless Trivela Football Coaching Ltd cancels the session.  
  6. Injury & Absences
    • No refunds or credits will be provided for missed sessions due to illness or injury. In exceptional cases, credit towards future sessions may be granted at the company’s discretion.  
  7. Governing Law
    • These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.  
    • By making a payment, you agree to these terms.
  8. Delivery details, including timelines and regions covered
    • Academies will be block bookings of five weekly sessions. Camps will be daily.
  9. Dispute Resolution Process – Trivela Football Coaching Ltd
    • At Trivela Football Coaching Ltd, we aim to resolve any disputes fairly and efficiently. If you have a complaint or concern, please follow the steps below:
    • Initial Contact: Email us at coach@coervertw.co.uk with details of your concern, including any relevant dates and supporting information.
    • Acknowledgment: We will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 5 working days and aim to provide a full response within 14 working days.
  10. Resolution Attempt
    • We will investigate the matter and seek to resolve it amicably through discussion and mutual agreement.
  11. Escalation
    • If you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may request further review. Where appropriate, we may involve an independent mediator to assist in reaching a fair resolution.
  12. Legal Rights
    • This process does not affect your legal rights under the laws of England and Wales.
